Revolution Partners (Marketing Strategy and Innovation Firm) – Founder was engaged by the two firm founders who felt the company had “hit the ceiling” in terms of growth. He partnered with leadership in developing an Integrated Business Development Plan and delivered the Individual Rainmaker Program to a new partner who was previously Coca-Cola’s Chief Marketing Officer. Additionally, he prepared and facilitated a customized, half day Best Practices in Key Account Management retreat. Finally, he completely revised one of their Key Account Plans and introduced them to a new Fortune 100 client who hired Revolution for an initial project valued at over $1 million.
The Leaders Lyceum (Leadership Development Firm) – Founder was engaged by the CEO to assess their current Business Development plans, programs and priorities and to design and partner with them in implementing a new Go-to-Market Strategy. He trained one of their senior executives on how to enhance his individual Business Development practices that resulted in him significantly improving his results in the market.
Taylor English (Full-Service Law firm) – Founder partnered with several senior partners to develop a differentiated Pursuit Strategy and an Account Plan for a new $10 billion client they were pursuing.
